We noticed the conversion count in Google Ads is lower than actual form submissions. Can you check if the tracking pixel is installed correctly on the thank-you page?

Google Ads shows 18 conversions last week but we actually had 31 form submissions. Something is off with the tracking.

Investigating now. It looks like the gtag conversion event isn't firing on the new thank-you page that was added last month. The old page had it hard-coded. I'll get the tag installed via GTM today.

Tag is deployed via GTM and verified in Tag Assistant. You should see accurate conversion numbers starting tomorrow. I'll monitor for 48 hours.
